SIVERSPORT Factory Warranty Terms

SIVERSport guarantees the proper functioning and reliability of the product, provided that the consumer complies with the requirements for transportation, storage, and use of the product according to its intended purpose.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
The general warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the date of sale.

If the warranty card does not contain a sales date, the warranty period is calculated from the date of manufacture.

The supplier does not assume warranty obligations if:

  • the equipment is used for purposes other than intended;

  • permissible load limits are exceeded;

  • the user neglects safety requirements;

  • the equipment is stored improperly;

  • the buyer modifies the construction of the product;

  • injuries occur due to failure to follow safety measures, vandalism, or intentional damage to the equipment;

  • other cases contradict the recommendations of the User Manual.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the product design aimed at improving its appearance and performance.


To receive warranty service, you must provide:

  • A correctly completed warranty card, without errors or corrections, indicating the model, serial number, date of sale, and the seller’s stamp;

  • A document confirming the purchase (invoice);

  • Full product completeness.

Please note:
Upon receiving and paying for the order, the buyer must check the completeness and the external condition of the product in the presence of the courier to ensure there are no physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.).
After the courier leaves, claims regarding these issues will not be accepted.


Warranty service is not provided if:

  • The warranty card is lost or not filled out;

  • The product shows signs of mechanical damage;

  • Conditions of operation, transportation, and/or storage are violated;

  • Repairs were performed by individuals who are not authorized service center employees;

  • Non-original spare parts were used.
